چکیده

This paper reports a novel method for in-situ formation of hydrogel membranes and geometrically controlled selfassembly of colloidal crystals in microchannels using one step stamping. The simple elastomeric stamp was made of PDMS from SU-8 patterned master using standard soft lithography. Then the selective hydrophobic pattern on the PDMS stamp surface was achieved using Pluronic F127 coating and staircase design. Finally, with this PDSM stamp, not only the formation of the In-situ hydrogel membranes with closed loop, but also the growth of colloidal crystals within microchannels was carried out.

Tubular MFI Zeolite Membranes Made by In-Situ Crystallization

Polycrystalline MFI zeolite membranes were prepared on α-alumina tubular support by hydrothermal treatments at 413 K. The synthesized zeolite membranes were characterized by XRD, SEM and single gas permeation. The influence of hydrothermal treatment steps and the calcination time on the zeolite layer formation were investigated. MFI zeolite membrane prepared by four subsequent hydrothermal ...

Adsorption, Desorption, Surface Diffusion, Lattice Defect Formation, and Kink Incorporation Processes of Particles on Growth Interfaces of Colloidal Crystals with Attractive Interactions

Good model systems are required in order to understand crystal growth processes because, in many cases, precise incorporation processes of atoms or molecules cannot be visualized easily at the atomic or molecular level. Using a transmission-type optical microscope, we have successfully observed in situ adsorption, desorption, surface diffusion, lattice defect formation, and kink incorporation o...

Cytotoxity Assessment of Gold Nanoparticle-Chitosan Hydrogel Nanocomposite as an Efficient Support for Cell Immobilization: toward Sensing Application

Cell-based biosensors have become a research hotspot in biosensors and bioelectronics fields. The main feature of cell-based biosensors is the immobilization of living cell on the surface of transducers. Different types of polymers which are used as scaffolds for cell growth should be biocompatible and have reactive functional groups for further attachment of biomolecules. In this work, the cel...
